Rodney Monk - REALTOR/Owner

Brooke Monk - C2C
My wife Brooke is an integral part of all contracts.  Her company C2C is responsible for all steps once we are under contract.  She facilitates all communication between sometimes as many as 20 different individuals, to insure that everything is running smoothly and we will not have any problems closing on time.  She also will ensure that all clients have every bit of information(utilities, insurance, inspectors, home warranty) needed throughtout the entire process.

Mary is somewhat of a jack of all trades.  Not only does she handle all communication once under contract, but she is currently looking to take the role of assistant and marketing rep. 

Monica Jenkins - Land Mortgage
Monica is really where it all starts.  She can tell us exactly how much each client can afford to spend, and get us pre approved so that once a property is found, we have no worries.  She is an excellent communicator, and is exceptionally well at making sure all bases are covered.  Monica goes above and beyond to stay with every client each step of the way to ensure that everything makes sense, and is exactly how it was promised.  She even attends all closings in case there are any questions while signing papers.
